1. Introduction
This Commission Agreement outlines the terms for creating custom artwork by Ahmed AlSaadi Art. By submitting a commission request and making payment, the client (“you”) agrees to the terms below.
All commissioned artwork is handcrafted and created according to the artistic style of Ahmed AlSaadi Art.
2. Project Scope
The client must provide:
- A clear description of the desired artwork
- Preferred colors, themes, or inspirations
- Required size and orientation
- Any reference images (optional)
Ahmed AlSaadi Art will interpret the request artistically while maintaining creative freedom.
3. Non‑Refundable Deposit
A non‑refundable deposit of 20% of total amount is required to begin the commission. This deposit covers:
- Concept development
- Sketching
- Materials preparation
- Reserved production time
The deposit cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
4. Sketch Approval
Before painting begins, a digital sketch or concept outline may be shared for approval.
Once the sketch is approved:
- No cancellations are allowed
- No major changes to the concept can be requested
- Minor adjustments may be accepted at the artist’s discretion
5. Revisions
To maintain clarity and fairness:
- The client may request up to two minor revisions during the sketch stage
- No revisions are allowed once painting has started
- Additional revisions (if accepted) may incur extra charges
6. Timeline
Estimated completion time will be provided before the project begins. Timelines may vary depending on:
- Artwork complexity
- Material availability
- Artist workload
- Public holidays or unforeseen delays
Delays do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.
7. Final Artwork Acceptance
Upon completion, the client will receive final photos of the artwork.
Acceptance rules:
- Once approved, the artwork will be prepared for delivery
- No changes can be requested after approval
- Approval confirms the artwork meets the agreed concept
8. No Refund, No Return, No Cancellation Policy
Commissioned artwork is custom‑made and cannot be resold. Therefore:
- No refunds
- No returns
- No cancellations
- No exchanges
This applies from the moment payment is processed.
9. Artwork Characteristics
All commissioned pieces are handmade. Natural variations in:
- Color
- Texture
- Brush strokes
- Material finish
are part of the artistic process and do not qualify for refunds or revisions.
10. Shipping & Delivery
Commissioned artwork follows the same delivery rules as standard purchases:
- Delivery timelines vary by location
- Courier delays are outside our control
- Damage claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery with photos
- Incorrect delivery information is the client’s responsibility

11. Intellectual Property
Ahmed AlSaadi Art retains full copyright and reproduction rights for all commissioned artwork unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients may not reproduce, resell, or modify the artwork without permission.
12. Payment Terms
Full payment must be completed before delivery. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the commission without refund of the deposit.
