3. Products & Artwork Disclaimer

All artworks — originals, prints, and commissions — are handmade. Natural variations in color, texture, brush strokes, and finish are expected and are part of the artistic process. These variations do not qualify as defects and do not justify refunds, returns, or cancellations.

Customers must review artwork details, sizes, and photos carefully before placing an order.

Original artworks are one-of-a-kind and may also be offered at exhibitions or in person. An original is only reserved for you once your order is confirmed.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in AED unless stated otherwise.

Payments must be completed at checkout through approved payment gateways.

Once payment is processed, the order is considered confirmed and final.

5. Order Confirmation

An order is officially confirmed when:

Payment is successfully processed, and

You receive an order confirmation email.

Once confirmed, no cancellations are accepted under any circumstances.

6. No Refund, No Return, No Cancellation Policy

No Refunds: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any product.

No Returns: We do not accept returns for originals, prints, or commissioned artwork.

No Cancellations: Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.

No Exchanges: Products cannot be exchanged for alternatives.

These policies apply to all customers and all purchases without exception.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection, including where an item arrives damaged, faulty, or materially different from its description.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines vary based on location and courier availability.

Delays caused by courier companies or customs are outside our control.

Customers must provide accurate delivery information.

Failed delivery attempts may result in additional charges.

8. Damage on Arrival

Although rare, if an item arrives damaged:

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

You must provide clear photos of the damage and packaging.

Claims submitted after 24 hours cannot be accepted.

If your claim is accepted, we will, at our choice, repair the artwork, replace it with an equivalent piece where possible, or refund the amount paid for the damaged item. We aim to respond to every claim within 3 business days.

9. Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, text, and branding on this website are the exclusive property of Ahmed AlSaadi Art. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Ahmed AlSaadi Art is not responsible for:

Misinterpretation of artwork colors due to screen differences

Delays caused by third‑party couriers

Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

Unauthorized use of your account or payment method

11. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal information is collected only for order processing, communication, and delivery. We do not sell or share your data except with:
