“Since I started my journey, I painted still-life and landscape scenes for the purpose of joy and fun. Then I fell in love with art and began exploring the hidden beauty around me. I try to focus on UAE culture and show amazing scenes within it. We lose moments because of our neglect of what surrounds us — I use my talent to show people the beauty around us: a contemplation of Allah’s creation.””Along the way, the beauty of Arabic calligraphy caught my eye, and I began experimenting — combining landscape and calligraphy in my own way. Adding beauty to beauty.”
Ahmed’s artistic journey blends engineering discipline with years of dedicated study in fine art and Arabic calligraphy. He began formal art training in 2012 at Al Marsam Al Hur in Abu Dhabi. Over the next decade, he studied under renowned mentors, including Egyptian painter Adel Al Amen (2012–2016), Emirati master calligrapher Mohamed Mandi (2014–2016), Chinese artist Jack Lee (2019), and Emirati artist Mohamed Al Astad (2021).
