All purchases made through Ahmed AlSaadi Art are final. Due to the nature of original artwork, fine‑art prints, and custom commissions, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Once payment is completed, the order is considered confirmed and cannot be reversed.
2. No Returns
We do not accept returns for any product, including:
- Original artworks
- Fine‑art prints
- Commissioned pieces
- Digital or downloadable items (if applicable)
Artworks are handmade, and natural variations in color, texture, and finish are expected. These variations do not qualify as defects and do not justify returns.
3. No Cancellations
Once an order is confirmed and payment is processed:
- No cancellations are accepted
- No changes to the order can be made
- No exchanges are permitted
Customers are responsible for reviewing artwork details, sizes, and photos before completing the purchase.
4. Damage on Arrival
If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:
- Clear photos of the artwork
- Photos of the packaging
- A description of the issue
Claims submitted after 24 hours cannot be accepted. This clause protects both the customer and the artist from false or delayed claims.
5. Artwork Characteristics
All artworks are handcrafted. Slight differences in:
- Color tones
- Brush strokes
- Texture
- Material finish
are natural and part of the artistic process. These characteristics do not qualify for refunds, returns, or cancellations.
6. Customer Responsibility
Before purchasing, customers must:
- Review artwork photos carefully
- Confirm sizes and dimensions
- Read product descriptions
- Ensure the artwork fits their intended space or purpose
Failure to do so does not qualify for refunds or returns.
